This can be obtained easily along with The Pied Piper achievement. Go to somewhere like Bowerstone Market and buy five alcoholic drinks from the pub there. Then draw a crowd by impressing people with your nice expressions. Give alcohol as a gift to five different people and the achievement will be yours.
