Start a party where at least five villagers are dancing, or see another Hero do so.
Go to a busy place such as Bowerstone Market and draw a crowd by using nice expressions on people. When enough people have gathered around then start dancing and hold the expression until five other villagers dance along. The Party Animal achievement can be obtained along with this.
