At the very end of the game after defeating Lucien you will get three different choices, each that give an achievement. Instead of completing the game three times to get each achievement you can simply save right before the confrontation with Lucien and as soon as you make one of the choices and get the achievement, go back to the dashboard and do it again for the other choices.
