A White Balverine is a creature that, similar to a werewolf, attacks humans to also turn them into white Balverines.

Fable

In Fable, White Balverines first appeared in the quest of the same name. A white Balverine has been terrorising Knothole Glade, so Hero has to defeat the beast himself. It's revealed that the White Balverine was actually a Balverine hunter that got attacked by a white Balverine, becoming one himself.
White Balverines also make appearances in the Witchwood Arena.

Fable II

White Balverines also appear in this game, although no background information has been given on them. Thhey only take more damage that the brown Balverines.
